The Appointment Cancellation and Reschedule Windows are as follows: We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of ALL appointments. Any client who cancels with less than 24 hours notice, or does not show up for their scheduled appointment, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. We will require a credit card to reserve appointments online, on our app or via phone. We kindly request that you call, or email your clinic location to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
We do not offer refunds on services or treatments rendered as per the client agreement signed during consultation. No refunds on retail products unless product is defective within 10 days of purchase.
